SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time
- Hungary: 3-7 business days (Express shipping: 2-4 business days)
- European Union: 7-14 business days (Standard shipping) or 3-7 business days (Express shipping)
- Other countries (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): 10-20 business days (Standard shipping) or 5-10 business days (Express shipping)
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. During peak periods (holidays, sales), shipping may take longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your package on the carrier's website.
Customs and Taxes
For orders outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and other fees. These costs are not included in the order price and are determined by the local customs authority.
Liability
We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs handlers, or events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
